No. The Allways Free tier requires no payment details. You create a workspace, install the browser extension, and start capturing findings straight away.
A session is a bounded block of exploratory testing. Every finding you capture belongs to a session, so your exploratory work stays organised and reviewable instead of scattered across notes and chat threads.
A finding is anything worth recording during testing — a bug, a question, or an idea — captured from the browser side panel with the page URL and context attached automatically.
The side-panel extension runs on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Findings, draft persistence, and sign-in behave the same across all three.
The Allways Free tier supports up to 5 users. For more team members, No Brainer and Enterprise tiers offer unlimited users — contact us if you'd like early access.
