Email and in-site notifications are two independent channels. Turn one off without losing the other — a quiet inbox doesn't mean you miss anything inside the app.
For email, choose how urgently each type of notification reaches you: immediately, in an hourly digest, in a nightly digest, or not at all. In-app notifications are either on or off, since a live list has no need for batching.
Tenant Admins set sensible defaults for the whole team, and every person can fine-tune their own preferences on top — so onboarding a new teammate doesn't mean configuring their notifications from scratch.
